Neighborhoods, like people and families, are defined by the stories they tell about themselves. For too many years, Frazier’s central narrative has been about decline, isolation and distrust. Perhaps the most important thing FRI does is help people discover the new stories that become possible when we collaborate, pooling our ideas, talents and resources.
